Sunday School at First United Methodist Church

"Godly Play" is for children in preschool through 5th grade. The goal of Godly Play is to teach children the art of using religious language-parable, sacred story, silence and liturgical action – to help them become fully aware of the mystery of God’s presence in their lives. The children are actively involved in a program that offers the chance to think about, ask questions and discuss and to respond through action and art to the what they have heard about God and God's people in the Bible.

Toddlers, although still cared for in the Infant Center during Sunday School time, will be engaged in activities that will introduce them to the Godly Play program.
