ONGOING SMALL GROUPS

Book Group

On the third Wednesday of each month, at 7:00 p.m., about a dozen people gather in the Church Library to talk about a contemporary book that has been selected and read by the entire group. For specific meeting times, see the church .

Making a Home for Faith

This group for families with young children meets occasionally for community-building, friendship and discussions about things that matter to parents and families trying to raise children with a sense of faith and values.  

MOMS

Methodist Other Mothers Society (MOMS) is open to all women of the church with an interest in children. A second group, MOMS II, is currently forming for "a new generation of MOMS."

The Wired Word 

Each Sunday at 9:15 a.m., a group of 10-20 interested and interesting people meets to discuss an item from the previous week’s news headlines, and to reflect on it theologically. We use a curriculum called The Wired Word to start and guide the discussion that reflects on Biblical passages that pertain to the story and that invite our own thoughtful responses. You can come on any Sunday morning, and you do not need to have read anything in advance.
