Visiting a worship service on Sunday mornings is one way to get a sense of a church, but many of a church's values and commitments are most clearly lived out and visible in its programs and ministries.

One of the early founders of the Christian Church said, "The glory of God is humanity fully alive." At First Church we believe in nurturing our minds and bodies as well as our souls, and in living out our faith as well as experiencing it internally. The church is a place where we gather for community, where we come for inspiration, and where we are equipped to live as people of faith in the context of our daily lives.
